A Course in Miracles Workbook Lesson 44

A Course in Miracles

Workbook Lesson 44

"God is the light in which I see. "

Interpreted by Roberta Gallop

Daily Welcome:  Hi all, welcome and have an enjoyable and delightful day. I am always happy to see ya comin, and I get excited to find out what cool things we will do. Today let's wear our kaleidoscope glasses and stumble to our next destination, in a joyous fashion, after hugs of Course. Please remember you are never alone, and to always wear your support system like a fuzzy security blanket. These glasses are so trippy, they remind me of the time…  well, that's for another story. Last one on the path is a half-cooked spaghetti.

Prayer: My kind and gentle creator, thank you for making all of this for me, and for tagging along with me while I play with it, and to think most kids just get dolls and Legos for Christmas. You are my light, you are my hope, my fun, my breath and everything else. Please bring me closer to you, please help me to recognize you in all ways. Please send your Wholly Spirit to be with me every step of the way and grant me knowledge of your Wholly will for me and the power to carry that out. Please remove from me the illusion of freewill so that I can feel our oneness everyway possible. Thank you for teaching me and loving me. Allways.

Workbook Lesson: "God is the light in which I see. " Not only is God with me always, but it is also only through the Light of God that I see anything. Darkness is interesting, I am still trying to figure out what darkness is, but it may be quite literally the lack of light (which is impossible. It's strange though, because if God is light and the totality of everything, wouldn't light be in the darkness too? Within the dimensions light is not just white it has been separated into different frequencies of light, that's where the colors come from. God is all everything, including light. It is interesting because I see light around the edges of everything I look at, like the walls, my hands, and I even see it within the shapes I am looking at like a cup, or my PC, anything. Everything is light and everything is God, and that pretty much sums it up.

Thinking it Over: It is comforting to think of God as light, I thinking I'm create my own darkness myself, when I get caught up in my negativity, caught up in doubt, worries, fears, insecurities, judgments, criticism, and so on. It is still God's light that I make my illusions with, I just don't recognize it while I am caught in self-will. This is a lesson I get, because as I continue to awaken, I see more light and less form, it's starting to get a transparent quality to it. What do you see? How do you see what you see?

Tips & Tricks: People call the light around things auras, and depending on the colors of the aura it says something about the way the person is feeling and what they are thinking. I guess we are influenced by the color of energy that we draw to ourselves, but I sometimes wonder if we have a preconceived idea of the color we are bringing in and change our moods accordingly. Just a little ponder, I love pondering, but when it comes to the Course that is not really a good idea, because that is where my projections, expectations and descriptions come from.

Upon Closing: That was quite the interesting experience, having my distorted light become even more distorted, it got so wonky I fell down at least 50 times. But even with all that fracturing going on I could still feel and hear you guys trudging, stumbling and swearing along beside me. As we start getting the hint that everything is God playing with Himself including us, it takes a lot of the guess work out of it. "Nothing is real, nothing to get hung about, Strawberry fields forever, living is easy with eyes closed misunderstanding all you see…", Have a gentle and yummy rest, see ya tomorrow.

A Course in Miracles Workbook Lesson 43

A Course in Miracles

Workbook Lesson 43

"God is my Source. I cannot see apart from Him. "

Interpreted by Roberta Gallop

Daily Welcome:  Hi my sweet friends, getting ready to navigate a bend in the river can be stressful, the bend is not so steep that I can't kinda see what's coming up, but sometimes just the new scenery can make me nervous until I get used to it. The more I feel connected to God the better I do, and it is at times like this that remembering We see together makes a huge difference. I hope your night was blessed and you are enjoying the awakening of who we are. Big huggies and I love you guys sooo much. I am inspired by my adventurous friend Linky to have this day called backwards day. Let's put all our clothes on backwards and skip on down the road, learning how to embrace the innocence that we are. Ready, set, go.

Prayer: Our gentle Christ, We are still learning of you, please help us to enjoy the oneness and the exploring and play you bring to God. It makes me think of really enjoying being, doing, and exploring so deeply that we forget everything. Please help us to remember who we are. Please help us to not judge ourselves for playing with our Dad, having soooo much fun. Blessed and Wholly Spirit, please continue to guide us back to the place we started, the garden. Thank you for Teaching us, and loving us. Allways.

Workbook Lesson:  "God is my Source. I cannot see apart from Him. " This one is very direct as well, I love it cause it focuses on God being my source of everything, He created me, we are one, He is with me allways. I can't see without Him and I can't do anything without God. I can't see without God because God is all there is to see. God is everything I see. So, what tends to happen with us is the illusions we make distort the truth, so that we misunderstand everything we see, and we can't distinguish what God really is, us. I am in God, there is only God, slowly starting to accept that if we are made of God, we are inside God, and we can not see apart from God, then we are God, and just have an elusive thought that divides us from that knowledge. It's incredible that God had the thought of splitting His mind within us so that He could experience. I truly love the Course because it is logical and simple, I just tend to complicate it a lot, but even that is by design.

Thinking it Over: I had a cool thought today, since there is a part of me designed to believe I am not God, I am separate from God, and the Course teaches I can't be separate from God. What would it look like for me to just give up the illusion and accept I am God? I would feel like me, without the littleness and doubt, I would be all knowing and compassionate. How would you be if you knew you were God?

Tips & Tricks: Sometimes I find it's real important to just play, say to myself well I really am a God deciding to play and experience, and be. I can type on my PC, I can dance, I can make silly faces, I can make others laugh and I can use my senses to the fullest. The trick is to not get too caught up in the game that I am playing at the moment, and to remember that God and I are one, there is no separation. Also be gentle with yourself, a lot of times lessons like this can bring up resistances because we aren't ready to be anything more than less than. So that can bring on self-beating and judgement sessions that can leave us with a bigger need to forgive ourselves. The crazy shit I have done trying to hide this truth from myself, like laying on my bed for three years watching Netflix and trying to avoid my calling. Now I can think of nothing else, and wonder why I blocked the call in the first place.

Upon Closing: That was fun, I think I'm gonna take a dip in the creek before I put my clothes back on correctly, or the way I was taught anyway. Isn't it funny how there are so many things we do, and don't even question because we were taught to do them when we were little? I so completely enjoyed the pleasure of your company once again, please get lots of rest so we can get back at it tomorrow. If God wore clothes what would He look like? Me.  Love & Light, Riki 🌈

A Course in Miracles Workbook Lesson 42

A Course in Miracles

Workbook Lesson 42

"God is my strength. Vision is His gift. "

Interpreted by Roberta Gallop

Daily Welcome:  Hi sweeties, I hope your night was pleasant and you are ready to go on another jaunt down the road. Just enjoying the flow, and not defining the journey. I love having you in my life and am so excited that we get to share it together. Today is favorite color day, as we keep on keepin on, just where the colors that inspire you the most. Well for me no surprise is gonna be blue jeans and a tie-dyed t-shirt. That is how I feel best comfortable and rainbowed. This lesson should bring on some different thinking, so without further ado, let's hug up and go for it.

Prayer: Blessed Wholly Spirit, thank you for being with us always, helping us to know there is a way home, and you aren't asking us to find it, or even choose it, you're just asking us to be open to it, and accept it. Please grant us your strength and vision that we can know of your Wholly will for us and the power to carry it out. And especially do for us what we can't do for ourselves, please help us to see things differently. Grant us the ability to feel you and share you and see us as one. Thank you for creating us, thank you for teaching us, thank you for being with us. Allways.

Workbook Lesson:  "God is my strength. Vision is His gift. " Kinda like through God's strength I see. The ability to use God's power, and the gift is to see the truth and not the illusion, to have that inner knowing to see the light, the dimensions, not looking with your eyes, but with your 3rd eye. Those who have the ability to see can truly have the awareness of God, and not be caught in the perceived reality of the separateness of the little self. When we have the gift of vision we experience the oneness, without separation, and we feel the might of God as our strength. We don't have the fear we can go where we are guided to go, and experience everything with the ability to handle all things. Right now for me life gets a little maddening because I can have the gift of clear sight and use it one minute and not the next. Like coming in and out of the dream. I got it, and then I thought with the separation of purpose again and clarity goes right out the window.

Thinking it Over: My strength comes from the energy of God within me, ever ready, never failing, always there. I know when I am in the pocket, cause that is one of the first things I feel is the unwavering strength of God. I just know, the next step, I am not concerned with outcome, I am just flowing with the next right thing, not caught up in defining or expecting, just being with. What are those moments like for you when you are certain of God's strength?

Tips & Tricks: As we get further into the Course now is a real good time to take a little teeny weeny self-evaluation of how you are working your program, not all freak out crazy looking at it, but more about just taking a poke around in your business to see what you might want to strengthen up on like more rest, healthier food, connecting to Wholly Spirit in the morning and at night, and also as you are called too as much as you can in between. Asking yourself have I skipped any lessons? Have I played catch up doing more than one at a time?   Not as a stick to beat yourself up with, but as a way to remind yourself of those places that are a little loose, and giving yourself kudos for those areas where you are right on and goin strong. Also remember having emotional support and being good to yourself are equally important. I don't think I have ever done the workbook lessons when I felt like this is it, I have it all sewed up, because I tend to be very hard on myself.

Upon Closing: Whew, that was a good lesson, but a little confusing one. Sometimes I find it so interesting that the lessons are very straightforward, but they still leave me a little confused. I think it's ok to be confused because at least I have something going on in there. I love you guys, and you are never alone. Have a loving night and I'll see ya in the morning.
